As you may heard we are now in our new house and finally the punch list is down to one page. When we moved in the end of October, we had a 5 page punch list and things felt like they were never going to get done but bless my husband has pushed on and is finalizing our construction.

Today we have plants all along the drive way. And boy do we have a long drive.
Once everything is done and "season" is over at the store, the baton will be passed to me and the decorating begins. Going for the monotone look. Grays, tan and white with the accent color of indigo. I will update you as the year goes on with my progress.
A few initial shots to keep me accountable.
Our first purchase for the new house.

Saying good bye to an old friend of Gene's; they had been buddies for the last six years.  Unfortunately, the rest of the sectional was in great shape. It's just this piece held together with coordinating duct tape where the leather had worn through. We did have to move it with us since the new sectional would not be delivered for 10 weeks!
