Once again our realtor pulls through for us and locates a temporary home. Back to the same neighborhood we were living in before the beach. Insert Zach's grunt. Yes, we are 5 minutes away from Lauren's house but 12 minutes further from school.
This is a home that has been on the market for almost 4 months. The owners have moved to the other coast to be closer to their children. The house sits empty and is being shown 5 times a week. Insert Zach's second grunt and muttering, "you mean we still have to keep everything cleaned up?" Afraid so. Anne convinced the owners that the house needed to be "staged" to sell. Hello...you think with a home decor store we would be the perfect occupants? In return for staging the home, we get to live in a beautiful home through the end of May guaranteed. And the rent is a fabulous rate. Check out the outdoor kitchen and pool area. 
The floor plan is a little funky as it was a custom home. Thus, potential buyers do not know how to furnish. Challenge accepted. Moving in Wednesday. Now off to pack boxes!
